CITY SELECTIONS Epic Express steps up in class having just been denied at this track on his most recent run, and can make his presence felt. Preference is for LEGENDE D’ART, who could benefit from a stiffer stamina test following a creditable fourth over 6f in September. He was successful over this trip on his penultimate outing on turf and has claims if transferring that form to the all-weather, while Yoshimi also merits consideration.

PLAY SMARTER A tricky race, with perhaps the most interesting horses drawn widest. EPIC EXPRESS shaped very well from a similar position over 6f here last time and goes from the same mark, so is narrowly fancied to overcome the draw and gain another course success. Falesia Beach is one to keep on side, with Legende d’Art perhaps best of the remainder.
