CITY SELECTIONS David O’Meara has hit a rich vein of form lately and it may be worth chancing IMPERIAL KHAN. Still a maiden after six starts, he was beaten less than three lengths at Ripon off this mark earlier in the month and may do better if ridden with a little more restraint. Wrought Iron is an obvious danger with successes at Wolverhampton and Lingfield already this season, while Glasstrees deserves a win after some decent placed efforts.

PLAY SMARTER A few with chances but GLASSTREES can race off a 2lb lower mark than when posting a good second at Musselburgh so gets the nod. Shamilla is feared most now she steps into handicap company for the first time, with Wrought Iron and Mary of Modena not discounted either.
