When abandonment tickets have been issued before the first race has been run, each physical ticket would need to be exchanged on arrival to gain admittance at the subsequent designated race meetings and will only be admitted on the like for like to the same enclosure.

We employ professionally trained and experienced stewards who are located around the course and are identifiable by their uniform. In the event of a situation that requires partial or full evacuation of the stands or racecourse, announcements will be broadcast and stewards will direct you to a place of safety; it is essential that you follow their instructions. Please take your immediate belongings with you and proceed out of the area quickly and calmly

The adjacent is precautionary only and we trust that the procedures will never be required. However, in the event of an emergency, remember:

Health&SafetyNotice

We request that you observe all Health & Safety requirements whilst you are at Beverley Racecourse. Please do not stand in the aisles of the Grandstand as this could prevent access in an emergency. • Racegoers MUST cross the racecourse only at the specific manned crossing point, namely the Grandstand and Paddock upper crossing.
