Wilson Bank & Trust and Sonshine Tours and/or their leaders, in anticipating booking for any tour, clearly stipulate that they are not liable for the faults or defaults of all companies and people that may be used in carrying out the tour services and/or necessary alterations to itineraries or arrangements.
