1. Go to: am.ticketmaster.com/wbpeng/ and click “Sign In/Sign Up”
2. If this is your first time logging in to the new Penguins Account Manager, you will need to reset your password. To do so, click the Sign In/Sign Up tab at the top right-hand corner of the “Welcome to Your Penguins Account Manager� page.
3. Next, click “Forgot Password?” located just above the blue SIGN IN button.
4. Enter the email address associated with your Penguins Membership account and click SEND. Check your email for a link to reset your password. Be sure to look in your clutter or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Click the “Reset Your Password� link in the email you receive.
5. Enter the “New Password” you would like to use. You will need to confirmthe password by typing it a second time in the field below. Click “Save Change.”
6. At this stage, you have successfully logged in and updated your password for your Penguins Account Manager. From here, you can manage your account throughout the season and pay for your Penguins Membership.
