Claiming process

All PMS’s

1. ClaimusingtheHalcyonform,instructionson“HowtoAccessHalcyon”fromallPractice.

2. Management Systems are under H in this PHO Guide.

3. Click on New Claim for Cervical Screening, under ‘Current Programmes’ or ‘Other Options ‘tab.

4. ThefollowingtabsaremandatorytocompletePatient,Provider,andClaimDetails.

Medtech, MyPractice and Profile practices

An invoice will automatically be created in your PMS and a claim will be electronically sent to the PHO on completion of the Halcyon form.

Payment

$50.00 including GST per person, to be paid monthly in arrears following receipt of a claim.

You will need to update this price amount in your PMS to reflect this new price amount as the pricing amount will remain the same in Halcyon.

$29.63 will still generate in Karo (price increase still to be completed in Halcyon)
