Triage Score The NCTS Triage Score of a person is visible on the CCCM next to the CCCM Acuity Rating: 1.
You can view the NCTS Triage Score the Dashboard, the Person Context Banner, and the Bubble List screen.

If an update is made to the Triage Score in NCTS, this will pull through to the CCCM immediately. To view the history of the Triage Score, select the Triage Score icon and a pop up will present to display the Triage Score History. Dashboard 1
