CCCM flag meaning recommendations
A reminder that when using the following Flags in the CCCM (aka BCMS), it is our recommendation that where you select these flags, they should indicate the following: • Blue Flag = Daily Health Checks Required • Yellow Flag = Out of Hours Clinical Care Required 2. Where you have selected Yes to the Blue and / or Yellow Flag, these can be identified on the summary screen.
