West Bengal Public Service Commission Examination:
WBPSC has a different examination in Madhyamic Level, Higher Secondary Level & Graduation Level. in all Level, the Process of the examination is almost the same. There are two-stage in examination Preliminary & Mains followed by Personal Interview & some cases Document verification. WBPSC Exam is Computer Based examination. The Preliminary exam paper contains Objective type questions. The Main exam paper of WBPSC examination depends on the post and examination level. It could be either Objective type or descriptive. The Candidates only who passed the Preliminary examination can attend the Mains Examination. WBPSC Admit Card:
For every exam & Interview, WBPSC releases their Admit Card separately. Applicant can download their respective Admit Card through the Official website of WBPSC using their Application ID & Username which is mostly their Date of Birth. Admit Card or Hall Ticket or Interview Letter is a very important document for WBPSC Examinations. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall or Interview room. WBPSC Admit Card consists of all the information of the Examination & Applicant like Application / Registration Number, Applicant Name, Applicant's father name, Applicant Photograph & Signature, Exam name, Exam venue, Exam date, etc. Candidates should bring one copy of passport size photograph (same as printed on Admit Card) & an Identity Card.
WBPSC Exam Process: West Bengal Public Service Commission released examination notification for a particular post, if candidates can full fill all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the recruitment notification, they can register their name for the exam by applying. WBPSC authority then shortlisted the candidates by their Application form and check whether they satisfy the eligibility criteria or not. Then Preliminary Admit Card will be published for the shortlisted candidates. Successfully pass candidates will be called for the Main examination. A Skill test will arrange if required (mainly for clerk, Data entry Operator & Group-D post). At last candidates will be called in an interview for final selection.
