ucca’s coffee production boasts a high profile importance. Many coffee roasting plants have in fact been founded in the past years, some of great prestige on a national and an international level. Among these we must name the Caffè Landucci brand, which is characterized by excellent blends created with very innovative criteria. In the Via Salicchi establishment, the most modern technology is used in order to guarantee the best aroma, but also the nutritional properties that you find in a good cup of coffee. The range of blends produced is very wide, from ones for bars (Botticelli Black, Caravaggio Gold, Donatello Gold) to those for home use, which you can prepare comfortably with your own coffee machine, up to the office range offering capsules and waffles. There are also ‘side’ products but of very high quality like barley coffee (available in waffles or soluble), chocolate and the current craze: Ginseng coffee, obtained from the Asian plant that is famous for its extraordinary regenerating qualities. Particular care is given to the selection of the raw coffees from which the different blends will be obtained. The raw materials, in fact, come exclusively from the bet artisan plantations of South America, Africa, India and its use and, as well as guaranteeing a product decidedly superior to normal industrial blends, it keeps small traditional economies in those parts of the world alive. Caffè Landucci also distinguishes itself for its Coffee Stores, elegant coffee shops where the Landucci blends can be tasted in minimal, modern and welcoming rooms. The Lucca coffee stores can be found in piazzale Ricasole, just in front of the train station and in Viale Puccini, inside the Coop shopping centre.
