Social Media Event @ Eight Lido On November the 16th, WAVES LIFESTYLE was invited to a Social Media Event organised by Euginn of What’s Going On In Johor Bahru (WGOIJB) at Eight Lido. Among the invitees were notable JB bloggers such as Jason (j-travel.blogspot. com), Peggy Loh (ppunlimited.blogspot.com), Shafiq (JB Food Club), Abigale (abigaleisme.blogspot.com), Kevin (JB Foodie), Zenith Chan (vandorachan.blogspot.com) and other notables like Alex Kee (JARO), Aidah (Thistle Hotel), Belinda (MyDeal), Caridee (Handal Indah) and Niamh Charlote (JB Expat Community) to name a few. A warm crowd of around 15 to 20 people were at the private dining room where we were served with wine and soft drinks and some delicious mouth watering canapés such as Spanish omelette topped with black olives, deep fried cheese mahon with pate tomate, albondegas ‘Saint Climent’ lamb meatballs with figs in a brandy sauce, roasted pepper topped with fresh anchovies and fresh tiger prawn in olive oil and garlic chili. Just naming out the canapés brings back a delightful salivating memory! It was a splendid evening of tapas and meetings of new friends. Everyone was seen busy catching up and exchanging contact details while listening to the explanations about the served finger food by the Eight Lido personnel. The jazzy music was the icing on the cake in setting the perfect mood. The event was a splendid success and we thank Euginn from WGOIJB for a great event and Mr. Allan Fernandez, the owner of Eight Lido, for indulging us with his sleek presence and in depth concepts. Check out the review of Eight Lido’s food on page 27!

MEN’S FASHION SPECIAL:

BLAZE YOUR BLAZERS! Gone are the days where blazers are for country clubs and boardrooms! The blazer has now evolved and it’s a statement maker. It’s ideal to give the polished and well made up look for casual outings or serious meet ups. “The blazer has enjoyed an evolution that has seen it go from strictly a dress/office attire item in traditional fabrics, patterns and colours to a no-holds-barred crossover piece that can be mixed with anything from athletic apparel to denim and everything in between. Throwing a blazer on casually really helps create the impression that you are together style-wise,” says Robert Rogers, design director for NYNE (New You New Energy). Now that blazers are blazing all occasions, it means buying a blazer is no longer just shopping but more about investing! All rules are being thrown out the window and blazers are being rocked with denims, unusual colours, open colours, v necks, boots, tie or no tie. It’s no holds barred when it comes to blazers now. So don’t cringe at the thought and get reminded of the days you used to wear a blazer to school, because blazers are taking over the future. It’s so trendy that even the women are wearing men’s blazers for that chic look.

Quick Tips: #1 The shoulder/arm hem should mark perfectly the end of your shoulder. If it sags below, the blazer is too large. If it sits closer to your neck, squeeze yourself out as it is too small! #2 On the outside of your wrists there is (or at least should be) a protruding bone. The sleeves of blazer should stop about 1 inch short of this mark, leaving the remaining space for your cuffs. Along with that, the bottom of the blazer should sit near your upper thigh. #3 A properly fitted blazer creates a line from your shoulders to the center of your torso heightening the bodies naturally physique. Simply put, women love this. Whenever something is placed in the pocket is creates a bulge which not only breaks these lines, but also causes the material on the opposite side to tighten therein showcasing any curvature you have going on (i.e. gut, love handles, etc). With all those quick tips, what are you waiting for? Go get your ideal blazer and rock that party during Christmas or New Year’s Eve and get that well deserved attention! Christmas on a Budget! Deck the halls with boughs of holly, Fa la la la la, la la la la… Tis’ the season to be jolly, Fa la la la la, la la la la… Yes, it’s Christmas and it’s time to celebrate! Christmas preparations start as early as a month from picking out that perfect tree, decorations, choosing greeting cards for your near and dear ones and most importantly getting those glittering boxes that comes in different shapes and sizes under the tree called ... presents! In the same spirit, here are some wonderful gift ideas for your loved ones without stretching your budget too much. Make use of the sale period at shopping malls and get great things at reasonable prices. Be it young or old, there is bound to be something for everyone.

CHILDREN • You can buy chocolate bars and wrap it beautifully with a bow and don’t forget to buy some extra small chocolate balls or sweets to stuff in the Christmas Stockings. • Toys for all seasons: You can also buy anything from the famous Hasbro and Martell toys or Ben 10 to teddy bears and trinkets for your young ones. • Stationary sets also make as thoughtful gifts and since schools are re-opening in January, what better way to get the kids excited with a new stationary set that they can use at school.

TEEN GIRLS Have a teen daughter or a niece in the house? They are never easy to please but with the following ideas, you may just win them over: • You can buy cute smiley t-shirt that would not go out of fashion and to pair that off, get a matching skirt. • If she is an avid reader, buy her a novel that she really wants. This way you are also encouraging her reading habits. • Shopping vouchers is also a good choice as she can buy something she wishes to have and since the vouchers are already paid for; this way your teen would not be able to over-stretch your budget.

TEEN BOYS • For the lads, and that too if you have an extra budget for your son or nephew, you can perhaps indulge in Sony Play Station games that is in the range of RM200. Check out this site: www.gameon.com.my for some exclusives. • If RM200 is too much to swallow, fret not as you can always buy him a pair of rugged jeans and a trendy t-shirt to match. Better still; the shopping voucher could also work well for the boys. • Alternatively, you can’t go wrong with some all-time favourite comic books for the lads. Source: newgadget.org

WOMEN

MEN

• For your mother, aunt or sister, you can make it special by making them home-made cookies. Put them in jars and tie a bow for that extra personal touch.

• Instead of the same old boring collared t-shirts, you can get them hair trimmers as a practical gif or tools (e.g. gardening or DIY tools).

• If baking is not your thing, get them crystal bowls from SOGA, which are made in Japan and available at most leading stores, as they are not very expensive and would always make an ideal gift.

• If your man is into gaget, source out for that latest tablet to buy. However, due to the obviously high price of such gadgets, consider getting them a voucher at electronic stores to make their purchase more affordable!

• Cooking books makes brilliant gifts and the Logos Hope ship is due to be docked in Singapore Port ahead of Christmas and you can get a lovely collection of books on board without having to stretch your pockets at all!

• Collectible toys such as aeroplanes, helicopters, boats and cars also makes as wonderful gifts for the big boys.

• Bedding/towel sets also makes useful gifts since most of our lady family members are always fussing over a nice linen set for their homes and this could be an opportunity for you to get them a lovely set that would be cherished by them for a long time.

Hey Natalie! She held a good job, but decided to say farewell to the norm and pursue her love for singing. Today, Natalie Hiong, a piano-based singer-songwriter from Singapore is proud to announce how far she has come in the music world. Waves Lifestyle catches up with Natalie to find out what’s next!

MUSIC Describe yourself in less than 20 words.

I'm a hopeless romantic, an idealist - a girl who quit her banking job in search of her dream.

When did you first start singing?

I started singing in my primary school choir when I was 8 and was in a choir for 10 years. I started writing songs when I was 12.

You left your job as an investment banker to pursue singing. How did your family and close friends react to this - were they supportive or did it require some convincing?

Well, I come from a musical family, so it wasn't a surprise that I've always wanted to pursue a career in music. However, it was more difficult to make the switch since I had a well-paying, stable job at an investment bank in London and it seemed absurd to give all that up for an uncertain path ahead. But I had to follow my heart and give it a chance.

Who are your inspirations?

Sara Bareilles, Marie Digby, Sarah McLachlan and other female singer-songwriters. I also grew up listening to Disney songs, Broadway musicals and classical music, which I believe have shaped my writing.

What's your favourite topic to write/sing about? Love and life, these come easiest to me and a lot of it is based on personal experiences.

You have performed in several cities now. Tell us your top three favourites! My favourite would have to be London, New York and Toronto. The music scene is very vibrant in each of those three cities and the audience are supportive and appreciative of original music.

What are you up to right now, music-wise?

I am pursuing a Masters degree in Music and working on new songs!

NATALIE’S PLAYLIST 1. Gravity by Sara Bareilles 2. Love Song by Sara Bareilles 3. You and Me Song by The Wannadies 4. Bubbly by Colbie Caillat 5. Who Are We Fooling by Brooke Fraser 6. Every Beat Of My Heart by Corrinne May 7. Broken Strings by James Morrison 8. I Run To You by Lady Antebellum 9. I Gotta Feeling by Black Eyed Peas 10. Almost Lover by A Fine Frenzy Submit your Top 10 songs and be featured in our upcoming issue! Email us at waves.lifestyle@ gmail.com with your name and song playlist.

If you had the chance to meet one musician who you LOVE, dead or alive, who would it be?

I guess it would have to be Marie Digby. I actually picked up the guitar learning all of her songs on YouTube and she was my biggest inspiration when I was starting out. It would be a dream come true to collaborate with her!

When not caught up with anything music-wise, what do you do?

Spending time with family, meeting my friends for coffee, meals and shopping!

What would you like to say to budding female artists out there? Keep working on improving your craft, find a good mentor to guide you on the ins and outs of the music industry and don't give up!

Fashion question: What are the top 5 must-haves in your closet? My wardrobe staples: Skinny jeans, little black dress, black spaghetti strap top, blazer and black stiletto heels!

Food question: What is the one food item you think you cannot live without? Chilli - I love anything spicy.. which is terrible for my voice but I just can't live without it! Visit www.nataliehiong.com or find her on Facebook today!

TRAVEL HEALTH

FIT IS IN ZERO IS OUT! By Priya Manikam

The 21st first century woman is perceived to be intelligent, beautiful and a go-getter. So size should not matter but fitness should. You may have a pear-shaped figure or an apple-top figure as some would say, but as long as you are healthy and feel good about yourself is all that matters. When we say this please do not think that we are okaying obesity!

Many women out there often ask their partner “Am I too fat”? This weight obsession can become a worrisome epidemic and a dangerous buzzword. It is time we realised that being fit is more important than being thin unless it is genetic. According to a Life Coach Oksana Tashakova, body type isn’t something we can change. The ideals we see in the media aren’t attainable by most of the world and weight obsession ends up damaging both self-esteem and physical health. Skewed self-image and lack of body acceptance creates disordered eating habits that lead to obesity in the long run. Model photos are often retouched and sculpted with technology. Those already too-thin or size zero women are “photoshopped” to unreal degrees. One high-end photo retoucher explains, “We are always stretching the model’s legs and slimming their thighs.” Cultural confusion is growing and Western ideals of beauty and the spread on unhealthy junk foods are creating havoc on women in the South East Asia. It is fitness rather than scale numbers that signify health. Exercise reduces the risk of death by 50 per cent, no matter how light or heavy you are. A slim-looking person can be loaded with visceral fat and a body-builder could be considered over-weight by BMI standards because muscle weighs more than fat. Law Professor Paul Campos reports that multiple studies have found that those carrying extra weight have lower rates of anemia, bronchitis, lung cancer and osteoporosis. Harvard researchers found that subcutaneous fat in the abdominal region lowered blood sugar levels, body weight and overall fat mass in mice. Subcutaneous fat which is beneath the skin is protective. Butt, hip and thigh fat is considered stable fat; it traps harmful compounds, helps the body metabolise sugar and keeps leptin levels stable. Weight management specialist Keith Bachman says that while added weight can lower the quality of life, good health is more than BMI or a number on a scale. How your body looks has a strong genetic component. We all process food differently, store fat differently and have different body types. What’s overweight to you is much different than what it is unhealthy for your neighbour with the same height and age.

Bear in mind that the more times a woman loses weight and gains it back, the worse the immune system functions. Frequent weight changes increase blood sugar levels, cholesterol levels and triglycende levels. Gaining and losing weight wreaks havocs on the hormonal system, particularly the appetite and satiety-signalling hormone leptin. Leptin not only increases hunger signals; it also triggers more storage of body fat. Dieting is only a temporary measure and slows metabolism and increases weight gain in the long run. Even though dieters may lose weight initially, they usually return to their former weight and usually gain more in the long run. This can be more damaging to self-esteem than not losing weight to begin with. If you do not accept the body type you have, how can you make the best choices for that body? If you spend your time fantasising about a number on the scale that isn’t realistic, how continually crushed is your self-esteem? It is only when you gain security in who you are or how you appear, that you can look beyond the present and begin to move forward. Self-respect, self-esteem, fitness and health are the essential keys to unlocking human potential. You must change your mind in order to change your habits. You must recognise these habits, notice your own patterns and make small changes to create a lasting change. Remember that heath is about adding good choices rather than losing pounds. So eat healthy, stay fit and stop obsessing on whether you are too fat!

COMMUNITY

To commemorate the recent Deepavali celebrations, the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) Wanita Bahagian Johor Bahru and Johor State Puteri made a visit to Hospital Sultan Ismail, Mount Austin to give cookies and other celebration goodies to cancer patients confined at the hospital. The patients, ranging from infants to adults, were delighted to receive the preferential attention and colourful goodies. The Wanita MIC Bahagian Johor Bahru was led by their chief Ms. N. Saraswathy, an established entrepreneur and philanthropist and Johor State Puteri chief Ms. Vithiya Mohan. The excursion was accompanied by the dedicated nurses of the ward and other hospital personnel. No photographs were allowed to be taken inside the confinement rooms, as it would be a hindrance to the estimated 50 patients or so, as most of them are considered to be in the critical stages and are very sensitive to light, dust, etc. They are warded in house to receive constant care and therapy.

Visiting Cancer Patients of Hospital Sultan Ismail By Maisarah

The ward is commended for the tremendous job done to facilitate the cancer patients and coordinating the event fluidly. Upon speaking with Ms. Saraswathy, we learned that she organises many charity events throughout the year. Many of the events organised by her team is done without touching the state coffers allocations nor without much publicity as their true drive generates from the passion to help another. WAVES LIFESTYLE team hopes to see more philanthropists rise up in JB to elevate the general state of living for all.

Choosing the right UNIVERSITY? LET US HELP! WAVES LIFESTYLE provides you with some tips before deciding which institution is the best to enrol in!

Programmes What exactly do you want to study? Science? Business? Marketing? Decide properly as to which programme you would like to do and search for universities that offer those courses.

Narrow It Down There are tonnes of universities around your area, and even more further away, but you need to decide which is best for you. Narrow your selection down to just three universities at first, judging by the programme offered, accreditation, reputation, facilities, cost and distance. If you are planning to study away from home, also find out what kind of accomodation you would be looking for.

Investigate! Photo credit: ClickChapter Photography Location: Kaplan City Campus @ Wilkie Edge, Singapore

Finally, after narrowing it down, discuss with friends and families. Find these institutions on social networks and go through the comments given to their facilities. Look at pictures, directions to get there to check for likeability and accessibility. Don’t forget to double check on the credibility of the college or university, too.

WAVES LIFESTYLE recommends Kaplan Higher Education Academy is part of Kaplan Singapore, owned by Kaplan, Inc., one of the world's largest education providers. Kaplan, Inc. caters to over a million students in 500 locations worldwide. MONEY

U n i C vo e $ rt $ $ i t y

By Priya Manikam With the rising inflation of goods and services, the increase in education cost is inevitable. It is an essential tool for the betterment of an individual and hence having to cope with rising university costs is not easy. If you have just started a family and have a little one coming along, it is best to start thinking about his or her future at the very beginning, as one day when he or she grows up, they will show some interest in an area of study and would turn to you as parents to fulfill that dream. For instance, tuition fees abroad are normally higher than that of local universities and may vary according to programme or course. About 10 years ago, a Law degree at a local college would only cost between RM 5,000 to RM 12,000 per annum but now it ranges from RM 15,000 to RM 27,000 a year. This of course excludes accommodation, course material and other living expenses. Of course it would be cheaper to study at a local university but getting a seat or meeting the quota may be an issue at times. So, how do you start to prepare? Is digging deep into your savings an answer? We sure hope not. There are many government institutions, banks and insurance companies that offer Education Policies or loans to cover tuition fees and sometimes other essential necessities such as books et cetera. Read on to find out more.

Education Policies

Scholarships & Bursary

The child education policy is a product specially designed as a savings tool to provide an amount of money when your child reaches the age for entry into college (18 years and above). The funds can be used to pay for your child's higher education expenses.

Most local and foreign college or universities or even KWSP offer this option to students. At times a university would offer a bursary to cover only 20 per cent to 30 per cent of the tuition fees and you are required to pay the balance. Some universities even offer full scholarships to deserving students and would cover tuition fees, living and travel costs.

When choosing a policy, always: • Consider how much money you want to set aside for your child’s education. • Whether your child would plan to study locally or abroad and course duration. • Make sure that the premium is affordable. • Choose a policy that gives you flexibility so you can gradually increase the savings in the future. • Ensure that you opt for the payor benefit rider (i.e. in the event of the policy owner's untimely demise, the child will have access to the funds to help finance his or her studies.) Some companies and financial institutions may offer two types of plans to suit your needs such as the Endowment Policy and Investment Linked Policy. It is best to speak to an expert in order to come to a decision that would benefit you and your child later. What happens if you have not foreseen the rising cost of education and did not buy any Education Policy?

Scholarships are mostly based on merits. How well you perform during your first tenure of studies is a determining factor for a university to offer you a scholarship to cover the remaining time you have to complete the programme.

Bonds In some areas of study for example a nursing school, they usually have an option of covering your tuition fees and allowances but in return you are to sign a bond of several years (maximum 3 to 5 years) upon the completion of your studies. If looked at positively, it can be a “win-win” situation as you are assured of a job upon graduating and the provider does not have to go on a mass recruitment. Having given all the options, it is wise to start planning early to secure a good future for your child without creating a big hole in your pockets. Calculate all your expenses and speak to a financial expert to make a decision. Sources: Self opinion, various experts and from the website www.insuranceinfo.com.my

Study Loans: Government/Private/Banks In this situation, the other alternatives would be to seek an education loan from government bodies or the banks, for example, loans from PTPTN, MIED, MARA, KOJADI, etc. Choose wisely and compare its interest rates and payment scheme as your child should not be burdened with high costs of re-payment once your child starts work.

KWSP Education Withdrawal Scheme This scheme allows qualified EPF members to withdraw their savings from the second account to finance either their study or their children’s study. The purpose is to finance education fees (which includes tutorials fees, practical training fees, lab fees, library fees), hostel fees and flight tickets only. There are terms and conditions to be met for this type of withdrawal. Disclaimer: Do think carefully before touching your KSWP as you need to have savings when you retire.

FOOD REVIEW

Wine, Dine & Unwind @ Eight Lido Along with the Social Media Event held at Eight Lido, the evening graduated from canape’s to some mouth watering Spanish cuisine. Held at the candle lit non-smoking dining section, we were treated to some scrumptious delights and what a visual treat it was, too! The first course was a beautiful mushroom and roasted pepper with tomato puree soup served with toasted crispy pate nagres bread. The soup was delicious and was a fine appetizer meal with the chef giving it a touch of class by adding a number ‘8’ in the soups creamy topping. The twin served main course was salmon with garden vegetables and grilled herbed lamb with green mashed potatoes. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the lamb was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Next came the set meals of tender braised lamb shank served with some tangy mashed potato and a plate of succulent grilled beef steak. The chef’s prominent handiwork was easily recognisable with each meal. We were all stuffed but then came the Trio Postres Dessert which looked too beautiful to consume but too enticing not too! The dessert comprised of Sangria pudding, cream brullee` and bread butter pudding. I personally enjoyed the cream brullee served in a pretty star shaped dish and the fantastic bread butter pudding with vanilla gravy. It was an ideal ending to a delightful night of fine dining. The free flow of wine complemented the evening well. The service is definitely worth a mention with friendly waiters and constant care from the owner Mr. Allan. The chef deserves praise for putting a bevy of delicate Spanish dishes together in perfect style and treating our pallets to the fullest. Parking is plentiful and the sea view facing the Eight gives it a getaway feel. The place is furnished in class with a splendid glass wine cellar and exquisite pieces brought in from all over the world. Eight Lido is a must stop and a commendable mention as the redemption of the long lost refined taste of Johor Bahru.

Tutti Frutti Revisited WAVES LIFESTYLE was invited to Tutti Frutti’s latest outlet at Taman Setia Tropika (62 Jln Setia Tropika 1/24) to enjoy the rejuvenating outlook and for a healthy serving of FroYo with delightful toppings! Every trip to Tutti Frutti is like re-living a childhood memory for me, I’m guessing that nostalgic feel is activated by the colours and ambiance, hence the invitation was well received indeed. With more outlets springing up all over the state of Johor, HAZ Polaris Sdn Bhd as the Sub Master Franchisee for Johor which also owns the Outlets at Kebun Teh and Setia Tropika, is confident that this premium brand which serves healthy, wholesome, high quality and personalised frozen yogurt will be well received and recognised by the majority of the health conscious population in the state and in the country. Thanks to NAZA Tutti Frutti Malaysia (Master Licensee) who has brought in this premium brand from USA. Azmil Azman, Director of HAZ Polaris explains that the newly opened Setia Tropika outlet may be an infant in comparison to the inaugural outlet at Kebun Teh but the response from the community is very encouraging, which came as a surprise to them. The mixed crowd patronising the outlet can be seen happily chit chatting and merrily relaxing with their FroYo. I had a combination of ‘Death by Chocolate’, Vanilla, Guava and ‘Taro-bly Delicious’ FroYo’s with toppings of marshmallows, Yupi Gummy Bears, cereals, sprinkle candy and caramel. A colourful mix which was a heavenly mouthful! The great thing about Tutti Frutti is the ‘healthy’ concept they go by and with no sugar added in the FroYo but do keep an eye on your rich toppings. The new outlet is awesome with ample parking space and friendly staff. The FroYo love is all around to keep the mood subtle and being about a minute away from the new Kementerian Dalam Negeri building, it’s most definitely the destination to head to while waiting for your documents to be processed. So head down today and get your healthy snack of choice!

a word with the guru of golf Since he first entered the golfing business in 1996 to date, Mr Goh has obtained various qualifications such as the Teaching Pro in 2002, and now has an estimate of 2,000 students under his programme at GHL Golf Academy. He is also a graduate of the Golf Teaching Professional from American Golf Teachers Federation, an International Member of National Association of Golf Coaches and Educators of USA and Golf Clubmakers Association of USA. Apart from a Qualified Fitter for Golf Equipment, he is also the proud founder of Kelab Golf Single Handicap aka Golf Single Handicapper which organises the “Malaysia Golf Idol Golf Tournament of Malaysia”. Most of his students are locals but quite a number come from all over the world including countries such as America, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, England, Finland, India, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and of course Singapore. He strongly believes that in order to be a good golf teacher, one must have the passion for the game and must work hard and not just focus on commercialising it as only a source of income. Mr Goh receives satisfaction when his student improves on his or her swing and game. Unfortunately, the downside to teaching is when he witnesses his students not committed to their training by not regularly attending lessons or showing lack of enthusiasm for practice after golf lessons. They often expect improvement immediately after lessons but fail to recognise that improvement only comes with hard work. “Sometimes I wish I had some sort of 'Tiger Wood’s pill’ to pass to my students”, he jokes.

“80% of your game is your swing, 10% on equipment and 10% on your luck.” Mr Goh

His only disappointment about teaching golf in Malaysia is that most of the Professional Golfers in Malaysia only play golf and hesitate to attend proper teaching courses henceforth they teach you how they play and not how golf should be played. Knowing how to play and teach are two different skills. Furthermore, there are many golfers who think changing their equipment will improve their game. I would say 80% of your game is your swing, 10% on equipment and 10% on your luck. Mr Goh’s dreams is to one day retire to work at a seaside Golf Resort so that he can work, play golf and enjoy sea view for the rest of his life. Now that’s living the life! page 32

Q A

Q A

Dear Martha, I wish to subtly let my friend know of her son’s unhealthy eating habits. How can I do so without offending her? Dear Concerned, Most people tend to be very sensitive and over-protective where it comes to their children. I faced a similar situation before but since I know my friend quite well I started off by saying that “If you don’t mind, there is something I need to discuss with you...” or you could drop hints to her when you both have a conversation about children and their eating habits. Most importantly do not compare her son to yours (if any) as that would not go down well by any parents.

Dear Martha, Why is one always jealous of another’s success? Dear Puzzled,

Q A

Dear Martha, Each time my hubby & I go for a holiday, we always call our families to inform of our destination. However, only my in-laws will ask for the hotel’s phone number. Why are they so paranoid? We are only going on a holiday! Dear Anonymous, It is not really paranoia but could be concern. Parents tend to be concerned for their children no matter their age. Maybe giving out the hotel number may not be as practical as you would not be in all the time and depending on where you are going, you may not know how reliable they are in passing messages. Alternatively, you can opt for roaming calls or if that is too expensive, opt for international sms. You could inform them that if there is a dire emergency; sms to the mobile and you can contact them back. This way they would not worry and will know the ways to contact you in case anything happens. Plus don’t forget that there are internet accesses; so make use of all the available technologies and still enjoy the holiday!

It is only human to feel envious or jealous but basically that person could be very insecure. You got to first believe in yourself and when you do, you won’t find the time to be jealous of others.
