Bronze Bell Bucket

After his harmonious and most original design

L’Assiette de Fibonacci (2017), inducing the hidden sequence of numbers while exploring the sacred geometry with meals served on the Fibonacci plate, the artist bridged art and mathematics with gastronomy. Anthony Bannwart was once more inspired by gastronomy and table arts to create his latest design, a state of the art bronze bell bucket on a wrought-iron stand – a champagne and wine cooler unlike any other, THE BELL. The cooler is a truly authentic object for everyday life and keeps wine and champagne fresh in private residences as well as in the best restaurants, hotels, palaces, or yacht clubs around the world. The artist applies his anachronistic signature, in which he combines modern

design with ancient techniques or vice versa, and is known for his interest to bridge artistic disciplines.

THE BELL is a rare and traditional object featuring this anachronistic signature and a rare savoir faire. An up-cycled product, the bell bucket, a so called objet de table , was inspired by the artist’s observation of his peers and artisan friends and born during the pandemic. The artist made a few prototypes and soon developed a series of the first 12 buckets - artist collectibles, all sand casted and personalised, before handling over his various models to a traditional manufacturer who presently produces the models City and Edelweiss buckets in two sizes, bottle and magnum, at larger scale. ■ ■ ■
