As Richmonds first mobile bar, we have the expertise and knowledge to ensure your event is executed flawlessly. Our unique business model ensures you only pay for what you need, without overspending on alcohol. HAGGARD Our truck “Haggard” was custom built by Mike Dunlavey himself in 2017 for his own wedding. Offering vintage charm, The Watering Hole provides cocktails, beer, and banter to any event with certified and friendly bartenders. Our fully functional bar on wheels is sure to be the talk of any celebration.

INVESTMENT We take pride in our wedding services and are grateful to be able to provide a unique service to your event. Not everyone can say they had a beer truck at their wedding and we want to ensure our prices protect the uniqueness of our services! Our pricing is $400-$425/hour. This is only serving hours. You are not charged for any additional set up or tear down time.

Due to strict ABC licensing, we cannot provide any liquor for your event. We will work with you to ensure you receive accurate estimates regarding how much liquor to purchase for your event.

We will work with you to come up with creative cocktails that embody your vision and personality to ensure you & your guests have a great experience.

Need just the bartenders for your event? No problem. Our fully trained & licensed staff is here to help! Starting at $150 an hour, 2 Watering Hole bartenders will come to your event and cater to all your bartending needs. We will supply all of our own tools needed such as jiggers, shakers & mixing glasses.

Mason jars are perfect for cocktails or non-alcoholic options. These are 16 ounce mason jars. We have over 400 available for rent and rent them in packages of 120/case. Rocks glasses are for your standard “neat” drinkers. These are available at 60/case. Wine glasses. These are rented either as stemless or with a stem. Most couples rent a mixture of stemless/stem for white wine and red wine varieties. We rent these in packages of 50/case. Black goblet glasses are available if you want to add a touch of class to your event with these black goblet glasses, prefilled at your guests seats. We rent them at 50/case. Champagne flutes - add a champagne toast to your event OR set these up at your mimosa bar! We rent these at 40/case.

Where's the booze? We unfortunately do not provide the alcohol due to strict ABC regulation. However we can provide just about everything else you may need! Are you insured? We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance to any venue. Since we do not provide or purchase alcohol, we do not have ABC liquor licensing and require the couple/event coordinator to purchase a day of banquet license for most events. How much space do you need? Planning for location is one important factor for our truck! Haggard has quite a beer body and needs ample room to park! Do you need power? Just as much as we need space we need at least close enough access to an outlet! We can always reach via extension cord within a reasonable distance!

Do you do consultations? Yes! All of our clients who book us for their event receive in depth alcohol consultation and purchasing list to ensure they only buy what they need! How do I get a quote? Please visit our website, wateringholetruck.com, and fill out a quick inquiry form. We will shoot you over a quote and schedule a phone call to follow up. Why The Watering Hole? Because we've been doing this since 2017, we've seen just about everything! You also get access to The Watering Hole couple perks, planning consultations, and access to our vendor list. What's required to book? We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your date and take it off of our booking availability. The remaining payment is not due until 2 weeks prior to your event.

We will answer any follow up questions you have & stay in touch until you are ready to secure your date!

Approve your proposal, sign your contract and make your 50% deposit to secure your date and take it off the calendar. Once you paid your deposit, pick your perk!

Six months prior, we schedule a phone consultation to go over your purchasing list and alcohol consultation.

Two months prior, we get in touch with you and your coordinator to go over a timeline and finalize details such as your guest count, our arrival time, & what we're providing.

We do a one month touch-base & a one week touch-base. We reach out to your coordinator the day of to ensure they have our number for emergencies!
