November 6, 2001, 07:47 PM If I'm not mistaken, there needs to be a summary judgement in order to garnish wages, or to seize any asset (bank account, home,wages)..I'm not confident that he has any of the aforementioned assets..CG I knew for a long time and I'm not suprised that things progressed to this stage. Sad but true. RSH
