THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the Plaintiff’s Motion For Continuance Of Deadline Pursuant To Rule 56(F) To Respond To Defendant’s Motion For Partial Summary Judgment (“Motion”) filed on July 9, 2010, and the Court being fully advised on the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have sixty (60) days from the date of this order to conduct discovery on the issues identified in the Motion. Plaintiff shall have an additional twenty-one (21) days from the completion of this discovery to file its opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [DE-23].
