After 17 years at the helm, Webre graciously acknowledged his successor, former American Ballet Theatre prima ballerina Julie Kent, with a heartfelt “I’m so glad it’s you.� LET’S DANCE: Cocktails, performances and dinner keyed to the evening’s special theme — the music of David Bowie and Queen — were on the bill of fare before guests bid farewell to an era by hitting the dance floor long and hard.
