ABOUT THE EVENT: This event goes beyond the Superhero Meet and Greet atmosphere. Child tickets will be exchanged for a hero bag that will contain items to be used at various activity stations. Activity stations will be available throughout the event and are included with your ticket admission. Activities included with child ticket: bat cave shopping, sand art, temporary superhero tattoos, moonbounce, scooters, coloring, magic shows, and more. Concession snacks will also be available for additional fees. Costumes are encouraged and will be showcased in a Parade of Superheroes to conclude the event. Ticket sales will conclude when sold out or Wednesday before the event. NO TICKETS SOLD AT DOOR! Fees for the event are:

CLOVER KIDS RUN: For Kids ages 3-10yr. This short, loop course is approximately 600 meters and will NOT be timed. Start and Finish location will be near Maryland Theatre. Every registered Clover Kids Run participant present will receive a medal.

We offer all levels of softball from recreational to competitive. Co-Rec league games are scheduled once a week in the evenings. Games are played at Pinesburg Softball Complex. One umpire is provided per game. An end of season double elimination tournament will determine the league Champion. The Co-Rec Softball Season will span April - August. You must register as an adult team (All players must be 16yr+). However, solo players may request to be put on the waiting list for teams to possibly contact and pick-up. Join us at the Senior Activities Center for fun, engagement, and opportunity! Membership is open for independent adults 55 years of age and older. Multiple activities are offered for free, while others have a minimal fee. Activities include exercise classes, art instruction, education classes including health courses and foreign languages, and a variety of games. In addition to activities the Senior Activities Center also has a Café that prepares nutritious meals with most items priced at $5 or below. The Café is currently open from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Community Recreation Facilities offer rental space for all types of parties. The Recreation Centers can accommodate your birthday party! Amenities include athletic equipment and gymnasium space. Entertain children and adults with volleyball, dodge ball, kick ball, basketball and space to play! A recreation attendant will be available for assistance and to monitor your event. Please no food or drink inside the gymnasium. Party Rentals are available year-round. Gymnasium spaces are rented at 3-hour blocks of time. The fee applies per 3-hour time block or portion of. Users may not arrive early or stay later than time applied/ paid for. Three hour block includes user set up and tear down of party supplies.

Those persons are also responsible for crowd control and any abuse of the facilities that may occur. 8. PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS Sometimes excellent courses with super instructors are cancelled because too many people wait until the last minute to register. Our courses have to be cost-recoverable, and we need a minimum number of students enrolled before a class can run. Donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t Wait! Register now for a class of your choice. The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel, postpone or combine classes for any reason found to be necessary by the staff. The Tennis Courts are located directly behind the ARCC with parking near them. HCC PARKING is limited to parking lots marked L1, L2, and L3 at the Hagerstown Community College for participants of classes offered by the Washington County Recreation Department.
