Ian and Alison have no plans to make the Tap’s own cider, though he is mulling over a “bread beer” made from stale bread, as part of the Real Junk Food Project, and in collaboration with Cooplands. Meanwhile, on a personal front, the good news is that Town Fields will soon be joining the beers on offer at the Doncaster Brewery & Tap. That’s definitely something to drink to. Cheers!
