Anatomy and surgical theory will be followed by live surgery with the possibility of hands-on participation. Surgeries will include blepharoplasty, face-lift, brow-lift and non-invasive procedures. Video transmission of all operations will also be offered. Particular emphasis will be given to safety and standards. Participants, specialists and practitioners will not only see the latest technologies but also new operative techniques. The faculty includes nationally and internationally renowned colleagues. Certificates of attendance will be provided, CME credits have been applied for. There will also be an informal pre-workshop breast surgery session with at last 6 line breast surgeries on June 28-29, 2017.

Enoteca di Cormons We are planning an excursion to Cormons , the historical capital of Friaul, one of the best wine areas of Italy. After taking care of the patients in the morning we will leave with a small bus to Cormons. The costs of the excursion are not included in the workshop fee but will be kept minimal. Several doctors want to stay overnight in the wine/truffle region (Slovenia/Croatia) so please state whether you 1. will not go to the wine region 2. will go for a 1 day excursion to Italy 3. will stay overnight (Slovenia) and return the next day

Faculty Dr. Peter Lisborg Board certified general surgeon in Austria, and Board Certified by the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (WAOCS) in general cosmetic surgery. Dr. Lisborg is well known for propagating the Avelar-Abdominoplasty or Lipoabdominoplasty. The use of tumescent local anaesthesia not only for liposuction but in all areas of cosmetic surgery, have been promoted in his numerous hands-on workshops. Dr. Antonio Mangubat Board Certified General Cosmetic Surgeon by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Mangubat has organised the Board Review Course for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery for the last decade! He is certainly one of the most knowledgeable and skilled cosmetic surgeons. Dr. Mangubat practises in Seattle and is one of the most respected teachers of the American Academy of cosmetic surgery. Dr. Sergio Noviello Board certified in General Surgery in Italy and Board Certified by the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (WAOCS) in general cosmetic surgery. Dr. Noviello is a leading member of the Italian Society of Aesthetic medicine and a highly respected cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Firas Hamdan Dr. Hamdan, Dr. Hamdan completed internship and residency in General Surgery at Washington Hospital Center, a George Town University Center. Otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, including a full year dedicated to facial plastic surgery were completed at the University of Tennessee- Health Science Center. Board Certified General Cosmetic Surgeon by the International Division of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Hamdan continues to share his knowledge and expertise through his teaching positions in the region. Affiliations include: American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, and American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Ash Dutta Dr Ashish Dutta is a renowned practising cosmetic surgeon born in India and obtained his medical degree MBBS in Kolkata in 1986. He came to the UK to further his skills, to train and gain experience in surgical specialities. in 2000 Dr Dutta also obtained admitting rights at South Tyneside NHS Trust to do cosmetic procedures. He undertook a fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery and subsequently sat for the board certification exam of the International Division of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ID-ABCS) through the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (WAOCS). He was a founding member for the World Academy for Cosmetic Surgery and was the secretary of the organisation from 2010-2016. Dr. Zoran Zgaljardić Zoran did his Clinical Hospital Training in Rijeka, Croatia in the maxillofacial surgery. He specialized further in plastic surgery of the head and neck and became Board Certified in general cosmetic surgeon by the International Board of Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Vladimir Stojiljkovic Vlado is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon from Belgrad. He has specialised in aesthetic surgery and is an international trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute. Dr. Stojiljkovic’s favorites are beside minimal invasive procedures in the face, Lipotransfer with suction assistance. Dr. Gunther Arco Dr. Gunther Arco is Specialist in general Surgery and the Medical Director of the Grazer Clinic for Aesthetic Surgery. He is dedicated to the wide range of aesthetic surgery. His extensive training at diverse Plastic Surgery Clinics throughout the world and his practical surgical experience has made him well known. Dr. Matthias Sandhofer Board Certified Dermatologist in Austria and co-founder of the Austrian Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Sandhofer specializes in dermatosurgery and was a true pioneer in the development of the tumescent solution. His latest publications pertain to cryolipolysis and applied anatomy in cosmetic surgery. Dr. Sabina Maier Board certified in Cosmetic Dermatosurgery, Dr. Maier is assistant director of the Kiprov Clinic in Vienna. Dr. Maier specialises in Liposculpturing and minimal invasive facial procedures. Dr. Heribert Rainer Dr. Rainer is a Board Certified Maxofacial Surgeon and current President of the Austrian Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine. Heribert has always demonstrated the importance of volume and the deep bony structure. His contributions have been essential in understanding cosmetic facial surgery.
