Civic Arts Education One of Northern California’s largest community arts education programs, the city’s CAE programs reach over 7,000 students of all ages and backgrounds each year with 180 artists providing 680 classes, workshops, master classes, year-long programs, performances, exhibits, art sales and events. The mission is to create engaging arts opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds that instruct, inspire and ignite.
