An exciting workshop to encourage and motivate those who have never painted, as well as those who wish to take full advantage of the medium’s potential. This class will cover the use of materials, paper, ink and brush. How to paint pine trees, one of the three friends of winter and one of the most important sumi-e subjects, containing essential strokes, and techniques for painting a fine sumi-e will be covered. Watercolor Painting (Mixed Level) Learn the basics of color theory, expert drawing, and watercolor techniques using basic primaries and the right brain drawing method.
