EDITOR’S NOTE

OUTDOOR SPACES ARE NOW MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER

STEPHANIE MACDONALD

Though it’s getting chillier out and you may feel like retreating indoors, remember, we live in balmy BC! Well, it is balmy by Canadian standards. Plus, in our COVID-19 world at the moment, socializing is more safely done outdoors. So, don’t be a baby, grab your candles, blankets, pillows and set up your very own safe outdoor social lounge to hang out with your friends and family. This issue we have two great stories focused on what makes an enticing and engaging outdoor space, and how you can enjoy every drop of our temperate climate well into early winter. Alternately, plan your gatherings for the park, and make your home as comfy and accommodating as possible for work, living and relaxing. If you realize your current home isn’t working for you, you are in the right place. As always, the rest of our issue is full of great advice and home inspiration, from mortgages to market information to the downlow on fantastic neighbourhoods you may not even know about in our great Metro Vancouver region. So, let’s calmly keep on, and keep reading on, for lots of great information about how to find your perfect next home. Thanks for picking us up!
