Alcohol

• BYO ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED • But wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages are available to purchase on site. • Patrons entering licensed areas must act responsibly. Intoxicated patrons will not be served and will be asked to leave the venue. The Site: See map pages 32-33. • Entrance and exit signs are clearly marked.

When driving in and out of the carpark be aware that it is a requirement to drive slowly, and watch for pedestrians. • Hangars and buildings are off limits – although a few hangars are open and staffed for public exhibits. • Toilets are provided within the crowd area:

‘Ground side’. • The Wellington Free Ambulance First Aid centre is clearly marked. • Security will be on site at all times over the weekend. • Should you have children with you please ensure you make them aware of the Health and Safety matters required onsite and ensure children are supervised at all times. • In the event of any incident please report to the volunteers on duty – look for their distinctive shirts. • A Site Map identifying key areas is in this programme (pp32-33). Please take the time to read and be acquainted with all Health and

Safety matters.

Motorhome Patrons: • All patrons staying in caravans or motorhomes are advised to stay within paths and lit areas when dark. The hangars, flight line, aircraft and runways are off limits. • Motorhome pets are only allowed inside the designated parking area and must be on leads. • Should users venture outside these areas, please be aware of the following potential hazards: tent guy ropes; power cables, moving vehicles.
