Each of the women play a vital role in delivering outcomes to their clients. +MORE believe every small and medium New Zealand business deserves access to practical business advice, and they are passionate about helping Wairarapa business owners feel supported through their wide-ranging expertise. Meet the women in the Wairarapa team: Lou Davies is a Director of +MORE Wairarapa. Lou has been in the Wairarapa area for over 10 years and lives on a dairy farm with her husband and three children. With years of experience running her dairy farm and working with a range of local businesses, Lou’s insight, and first-hand knowledge in both commercial and agri business is invaluable. Lou leads the team to provide exceptional services to clients, so they have the tools and support to achieve their version of success. Liv Aring is a Senior Accountant at +MORE Wairarapa. Liv and her

husband have been in the Wairarapa for over 10 years and have a small lifestyle block which they use to fatten livestock. Liv has strong client relationships. She adds value to clients by providing up-to-date reporting to allow them to make timely, informed decisions. Sara Sutherland is an Accountant at +MORE Wairarapa. Sara lives in the South Wairarapa with her husband and two children on their Sheep, Beef and Cropping farm. Sara is currently in her second year studying towards a Bachelor of Business, majoring in accounting. Sara assists the accounting team with GST and tax returns for various clients.
Lin Bayliss is a Client Services Manager at +MORE Wairarapa. Lin lives with her husband in Carterton and has been in the Wairarapa for over 30 years. Lin’s key focus is workflow management. This involves liaising with the team and clients daily, and she plays a crucial role in delivering outcomes to clients. She also files client tax returns and helps with their payroll. Jenny Robins is a Client Services Coordinator at +MORE Wairarapa. Originally from Wales, Jenny moved to New Zealand just over two years ago. Previously having visited Wairarapa four years ago, Jenny knew this is where she wanted to come back to – so she did!
Jenny’s role at +MORE involves onboarding new clients and assisting with the overall client experience. Jenny has a passion for the industry and is currently studying Bookkeeping. Nicole Donaldson (not pictured) is a Senior Agri Accountant at +MORE Wairarapa. Nicole grew up on a dairy farm in Dannevirke where her parents still reside today. After 12 years in the Wairarapa, Nicole made the move to New Plymouth five years ago with her husband and two children. Nicole’s agri business expertise in accountancy and advisory is invaluable to +MORE’s Wairarapa agri clients.
