SPRWMN
On a trip to Paris, designer Ambre Dahan and her mother discovered an exquisite cottonlined stretch leather. When transformed in her Los Angeles studio, the resulting clothes fit like a second skin and gave every woman who wore them the feeling that she could do anything. In early 2016, SPRWMN—read “Superwoman”— was founded.
BORGO DE NOR
ANTONELLI FIRENZE
Founded in 1950 by a lingerie manufacturer, shirt label Antonelli Firenze evolved into a global luxury brand under the direction of his two daughters, and now, his grandson Marco. In 2013, Antonelli Firenze, which is produced in Castelfiorentino, Florence, introduced a total look “made in Italy, by women for women.” The elegant collection has a discreetly Italian style that shuns excess.
London-based Borgo de Nor is the dress label of Carmen Borgonovo, former style/fashion director at top magazines, and Joana de Noronha, marketer of global fashion brands. The line celebrates the woman who lives life fully as both master and muse. Their collection combines bold hues and whimsical prints with a poetic lyricism offered in an array of versatile silhouettes. Borgo de Nor reveres the feminine essence as a creative, individualistic and powerful force.
