Type: High Rise Building with GBCI

Mahabhrata Office Center is an office rental building with an ECO HITECH Architecture approach interpreting a technology system used in buildings. The design method is prepared by first identifying issues, setting precedents, making 3d models, testing designs and under going several design changes/alternatives according to the results of design tests until finally finding the final model. It has the capacity of small, medium and large meeting rooms and also has an annex that functions as an Art Gallery and Hall Room.

Balikpapan, East Kalimantan

The site is located in the center of the city of Balikpapan. The site is surround ed by commercial areas ranging from malls, hospitals, places of worship and restaurants. where all the necessary facilities are available. The total area of the site is 3,364m2 with a length of 58.0 m and a width of 58.0 m including setbacks.

/ Concept.

Increase the level of buildings with a height of 4 meters per floor from the site.

Plotting between towers and annex buildings to meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference.

Separation of the two mass compositions between the annex and tower. with the an nex function as an art gallery and hall room.

Adding towers up to floors 3 - 13 to function as a Rent Office (Small, Me dium, Large). Towers have more sizes according to the Terms of Reference.

Building adjustments on the ground floor and 3rd floor with consideration of function, GBC, and FAR.

SOV+ is a Resort with an Energy Efficiency approach that defines the saving system used in buildings. SOV+ or Sepanjang Ocean View be cause of its serenity overlooking the South Beach. The perfect base from which to explore the area’s natural attractions, or to simply relax in pleasant surroundings. Resort that flows from low to high contours with a site area of 50,000m2. This peaceful place invites reflection and exploration of Javanese culture.

Sepanjang Beach, Gunung Kidul DIY

This site is located in the south of Yogyakarta city. This site has the characteristic of this beach which has the longest coastline among all beaches in Gunung Kidul Regency. The atmosphere of this beach is very natural. The shoreline is decorated with palm trees and huts with dry leaf roofs. The corals in the coastal tidal areas are still well-maintained. The waves still reflect the blue color marking the sea wa ter that has not been much polluted. The total area of the site is 50,000m2 with a length of 415m and a width of 208m with a distance of 100m from the beach border.

Musholla as one of the houses of worship in big cities, especially Balik papan, is still needed. With the passage of time, and the increasing population of the community around the mosque and seeing the in sufficient capacity and building facilities, it is necessary to renovate the building with the aim that the mosque can accommodate more wor shipers. many, and with adequate facilities for the congregation.

This site is located in the center of Balikpapan, precisely on Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani. located in an alley surrounded by residential residents. The total area of the site is 561m2 with a building area of 220m2.

Kaaba

The holy place of Islam where all Muslims take turns during worship.

Prostrate

Shaped like prostration which represents as Muslims to obey and submit to Allah SWT.

Skylight

The addition of skylights on the roof serves as lighting in the building and also air circulation.

Plain cube

Symbolized by a plain cube, which depicts the simplicity and humility that is recommended for Muslims.

Form

The starting point of this inclined cu bic mass is to produce a rectangular plan for the mosque. The change was also influenced by the movement of bowing and prostration, from the slop ing prayer place for the sliced prayer to the podium down towards the Kaaba.

Roster that functions not only as a building beauty but also as a thermal in the building.

Believe coffee shop, is a coffee shop that will be established. To ca ter for the high proportion of office workers and students in the area, Believe coffee shop was designed with a focus on take-away and onsite coffee. a design made with an industrial concept by utilizing the high ceilings of the existing space structure and unfinished ceilings. Once customers enter the cafe, they can feel a surprising warmth in the room that cannot be felt outside.

Samadengan coffee & culture, is a coffee shop located in the east of Balikpapan city. This place was originally a car garage for a client's house that was used as a coffee shop. Decided to maintain the exist ing condition in the original version and raised a high micro cement base using natural pigments from which the furniture remained from where it emerged, such as the main bar and benches. combines a minimalist and simple store style with an industrial atmosphere. Samadengan coffee & culture was designed with a focus on take-away and on-site coffee.

The goal is to create modern and innovative designs, reflecting the evolu tion of society seeking practical solutions for day-to-day management.

When the construction area decides to turn a tasteless lawn into an attractive garden to refresh the workers. The lawn is located next to the main road of the construction area. To create a good space, some of the courtyards in the area are designed to be reading gardens and to just relax to create a pleasant and interesting topography. and the existence of this park aims to reduce the density of air pollution in the area.
