She has shown me personally how as a wife and mother that we can still be successful career women while not sacrificing our family time. She celebrates each individual member of our team's successes while showing them that accountability doesn't have to be a negative action. She leads by example with every member and unbelievable member service. Tracey is a champion for all members, no matter of their status.
