- Continuing Sherease's Impact -

She not only cares about me as a professional, she also cares about me as a person which has created a friendship that extends beyond our time together at work. Considering we all spend 40 hours a week with our teammates, it is truly a blessing to develop a friendship with the people that you spend considerable amount of time with. The thing that I admire the most about Sherease is she has a long-term vision for our department and sets goals beyond what is expected of us by our leadership, because she believes in the work that we do and how we can contribute to the overall growth of VyStar. While some individuals are ok with doing the minimum, Sherease has a high standard for herself and her team which challenges us to grow within our field and produce the kinds of results that we are proud of. As an aspiring leader, working under Sherease has given me a lot of perspective on the kind of leader that I want to be - these are lessons that will shape my career."
