Since I joined VyStar, I have been tremendously lucky to work under some amazing women. Starting off as peers in M&A, Sherease and I transitioned to the Process Improvement and Automation team and Sherease became my Manager. My streak of luck continued as Sherease has been one of the best leaders I have had the privilege to work for. She treats those that she manages as partners in developing and accomplishing the goals of the department and she is always willing to jump in and roll up her sleeves to get the work done. Sherease genuinely cares about my career development and provides opportunities for me to utilize my strengths as well as opportunities for me to build upon the skills needed to get me to the next level.
