In addition to her knowledge, she can clearly explain things, even as she is learning it. While Sheila makes it look effortless, she has spent countless hours, nights, and weekends, understanding our systems and their impacts. Despite all her contributions and efforts, she gives credit to others. She takes time to recognize her team members, never taking credit for herself. She is talented, willing, and tenacious. She believes in the value and good we can bring to our communities. While this past year was challenging, Sheila remained positive. She never backed down and consistently helped others. She has truly been an inspiration."
