- Continuing Roshawnda's Impact -

"Ro came to VyStar as a Legal Specialist and in just a few short years has worked so hard, and made her way up the ladder EARNING the title of Deposit Operations Manager. She took it upon herself to help, lead, assist and even mentor her co-workers. From the moment she came to our group, we all have looked up to and appreciated her, and it was easy to do because Ro is someone you look up to. Our entire team would have been lost without her. We would have continued to struggle to be heard and appreciated, however Ro stepped in and changed that. The day she became our Assistant Manager was the day our department finally had a voice, an understanding of what we do and how broken our processes were and fought tirelessly to make things right. She made things better and continues to speak up for us and plan with us. She values us, which is something we haven't had in a long time. It feels good to be appreciate and acknowledged for the hard work that we put in every day. We are so proud of what she has accomplished and honored to have her as our Manager, officially."
