Michelle is a tireless advocate for all 3 major areas she supports (Compensation, Benefits, & HRIS). She manages all projects that impacts downstream areas during the full cycle of the year: merit, bonus, performance management, etc. She has worked hard year after year to ensure that we as a team are staying engaged with every process. She has great insight and historical knowledge that comes in very handy when we are rolling out new projects as well. Michelle tackles the complex challenges and problems head on with patience and consistent trial and error. Michelle is an asset at VyStar and continues to impress."
