"It gives me great pleasure to nominate Jennifer Terry, Senior Learning and Development Trainer, as an Aspiring Woman at VyStar Credit Union. Her tireless efforts in helping others achieve greater goals and ongoing coaching to her peers are qualities that we admire so much in Jennifer.

Jennifer's focus is on training the Commercial Services team, but you will also see her leading courses like DiSC, Speed of Trust and Unconscious Bias.

Jennifer started our podcasts series, For the Love of Learning, with a focus on important topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Financial Wellness, EAP resources, just to name a few, and she is rolling out the first Book Club on Leadership and Self-Deception.
