"Jen is dedicated, hard-working, and passionate. She truly cares for others and does all she can to help. She plans events and loves to celebrate achievements and milestones of her teammates such as promotions, baby showers, birthdays, and more. During the pandemic, she volunteered to come into the office 5 days a week to process all outgoing checks for Lending while the rest of her team could work remotely which she continues to do today. Jen is the Community Events Coordinator of the VyAbility VRG, a position that was created specifically for her. She signed up for 8 volunteer events in 2022 and set a personal goal of volunteering for 15 events for 2023. Jen is featured in VyStar's videos where she is shown helping a little girl pick out a jacket at the Clara White Mission event. This video clip is constantly played in many events and truly depicts our company's value of doing good. She leads by example and inspires others on her team to be engaged. She is the glue that holds our team together and we are so grateful for all that she does."
