"Jackie is a prime example of commitment, dedication, and innovation. Since transitioning to the HR training department, she has worked closely with the contact center to pilot a new training program for contact center representatives. Before transitioning over to HR, Jackie was a top performer in her lending team and assisted the OJT department with new hire onboarding. She is passionate about training new hires and strongly believes in the impact she has on new hires, what their experience will be like, and why working for VyStar was the best decision they could have made. I am proud to call her, not only my peer, but a strong female role model at VyStar Credit Union and I can't wait to see what she does next."
