"VyStar has a strong set of core values, in which it believes it's employees and leaders should exhibit in everything that they do for the organization, as well as for themselves. Among those within IT is Heather Gayle, recently promoted to the role of Manager, Voice Technology Services; who has clearly embraced these values as part of daily interactions with peers, internal employees and with third party partners. She is a long time VyStar employee and has been part of the telecommunications team for the past twenty-two years, where she has been supporting the enterprise voice systems, and in particular, the various call centers that support our members. She was the Senior Engineer on the team prior to her promotion and uniquely straddles the line of being both technically oriented as well as people focused. Her documentation is outstanding and sets a clear precedence for communications and ensuring that everyone is one the same page.
