In my short tenure at VyStar, “ a force to be reckoned with” comes to mind when I think about the impact Darlene has had on me, and on VyStar, particularly where we are headed as a Total Rewards team. Despite the millions of directions that Darlene is pulled into, she has extreme focus and is very passionate about Total Rewards at VyStar and how important it is for the success of our company. She leads by example, supports, and listens to every team member as if they are the only person on the team, and collaborates with all levels of management to ensure that when the Compensation team executes different projects, and we are prepared for all challenges."
