- Continuing Dale's Impact -

She is truly an asset to VTA and VCU and is greatly admired and revered by her staff. We are lucky to have such a kind and understanding leader that leads by example showing everyone the same respect. I try to mimic by leader style after her and found that you don't need to rule with an iron fist in order to get results. Dale has a way of walking in and giving you a look that says please get this done ASAP without saying a word and everyone wants to make sure that we do well for her. Our group has grown, and we have lost a few players over the years, but for the most part no one leaves VTA and a lot of that is due in direct result of her leadership. I feel truly blessed to work with Dale and the knowledge that she has shared in invaluable."
