- Continuing Adriana's Impact -

"Adriana always puts her team members first. She makes sure they are comfortable, knowledgeable and confident in their roles. If there's an area where someone feels uncomfortable, she sits down with them and figures out how she can personally make their experience better. This is for both members and teammates. Adriana also is very patient with everyone with every situation. If someone has an emergency she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is ok. She helps you work around personal matters that are important and makes your feelings and needs important. She is very knowledgeable about all the products and transactions here at VyStar. She makes sure to know how to help us.

I'm very grateful to have Adriana as my ABM. She's very talented, thoughtful and selfless. If a member is upset, she calmly directs them in a manner that ends up making them leave happy. She always goes above and beyond for everyone, and inspires me daily."
