- Continuing Ariel's Impact -

"Ariel makes everyone around her feel inspired to be great! She is always available for a conversation, and that conversation is always thought provoking and leads to the discovery of the correct answers. She is empathetic, yet firm in her position. Her confidence radiates and spreads to everyone around her. She drives her employees and her superiors to be their best, by promoting, helping, and challenging her team. She is involved in a women’s group that helps build, develop, and empower not only the women in our organization, but the women in our community. Additionally, she is on the board of Tyjim, which is a community charity that helps at risk youth, and she volunteers with several charity organizations that help provide the essentials of life that most of us take for granted.

Ariel started in the contact center here at VyStar, and is now an ABM. She shows the women around her that being a strong, faithful, independent, hard working, and graceful women pays off."
