Quick Hits: Quarterback Darian Goins brings momentum into 2016. Goins helped engineer a comeback that saw Enid outscore Putnam West 35-7 in the second half to claim a 49-42 win over the Patriots in the season finale. Goins threw and ran for a score in the second half. Navy and silver will be on prominent display when the Plainsmen open the season at Guthrie. The Bluejays have won the last three in the series. Enid’s last win was a 37-36 seat-squirmer in 2010.
