VSA Connect & Care at Home

Our VSA Connect Service, a community-based care at home service, was launched in 2021 to provide practical, emotional, social, and mental well-being support to adults who may need extra care and support while still staying at home.

The service is designed to empower you as an individual to take control of the type of support, care and respite you want to meet your needs, lifestyle, and the way you want to live your life.

Our team of highly trained support staff can help you or a loved one with a variety of tasks at home, including personal care, support with household tasks, respite for unpaid carers and social interaction

We also have self-funding options available for our VSA Connect Service, which allows you to pay for the support directly if that suits your budget and needs.

At VSA, we are also proud to be part of the Granite Care Consortium, which is made up of local third and private sector providers to give people access to person-centred care in their own homes.

Through our work in the consortium we delivered 31,200 hours of care from April – March.
