As always, our community and corporate teams have been busy!

Our Communities Grow

Since our last edition of this Newsletter, we can happily report that The Lodge at Historic Lewes is now completely open and welcoming residents in all levels of care at the community. Congratulations to the entire community for their hard work in getting their license and welcome to new team members who continue to onboard.

Courtney, Cheryl, Toni, and our entire Truitt team put on another wonderful marketing event.

Additionally, Fieldstone at Chester Springs is preparing to formally launch its sales efforts and will begin building its team starting November 1st! Located in Chester Springs, PA, Fieldstone will seek to hire a variety of team members in departments and roles similar to that of your own communities.

As our communities and teams continue to grow, it’s important to mention that we offer an employee referral bonus program for any team member directly referred by another Vantage Point employee! For more information on this program, contact your community’s human resources leader.

Toni and and the Arcadia Activities team organized a beach getaway for a group of residents.

Employee Platform Updates

As mentioned in previous editions of our newsletter, we recognize that there have been significant challenges and inconveniences utilizing employee platforms since converting to Vantage Point’s new Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Resourcing Edge.

Vantage Point’s corporate team is diligently working on solutions that will improve these interfaces and drastically improve reliability of timekeeping and other areas. We look forward to sharing more information about these improvements in the weeks to come.
