In the areas of EU & Trade law, our team has been advising and representing public and private companies, governments, and trade associations before the General Court, CJEU, and the EFTA Court. Several lawyers were also involved in WTO Dispute settlement cases. ALTIUS lawyers also provide in-depth legal assistance in EU regulatory discussions involving the various EU institutions and in the implementation of the EU regulatory framework into national law.
