Septe Volunteer Management Course outline: The course is aimed at anyone who is responsible for managing volunteers in an organisation. It is suitable for both new and experienced volunteer managers alike, and will provide each delegate with the information and advice needed to employ best practice when managing any volunteers in your organisation. There is also a great opportunity for delegates to discuss their own experiences and explore best practice methods within a group setting. It will give tips on sourcing help, finding funds and applying for them successfully.
