FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS

YOU HAVE TO BE PRE REGISTERED TO ATTEND KINETIC, AND YOUR LANYARD ENTITLES YOU TO LUNCH AND REFRESHMENTS. THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE EXHIBITION HALL ON BOTH DAYS AND IN THE LUDLOW SUITE ON THE 22ND. PROVIDED BY OUR SPONSORS, AUTOFLOW, DISTRIGO AND FORD.

Lunch and refreshments are available at the times shown in the itinerary. There are 6 food huts located evenly around the 2 arenas for your convenience and to reduce queuing, please refer to the map for location details.

Complementary food is only accessible via your Kinetic lanyard, if you have attended on the day or let us know after registration or lose your lanyard or if you simply want extra food or additional items, food can be purchased as part of the Internationals standard food concessions.

You are welcome to use the food and refreshment suppliers at any time in addition to the complimentary meals and drinks, but these extra allocations will be charged for by the International in the normal manner.

Please note: If you do decide to buy extra food and drinks or if you lose your pre-registered lanyard, only card payments are accepted at the food stations
