CAR PARKING?

Please head to Gate A, car park P1. Parking is free for Kinetic, the security guard will direct you once you arrive. Vehicles can be left for the duration of Kinetic if your hotel is within easy walking distance of the venue.

Which Entrance

Please go to E1 from the car park and E4 walking through from the International or Holiday Inn Hotels.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Business attire for both days (tie not required) Smart casual for the evening.

WHEN DOES KINETIC START?

Doors open at 8.30am on both days. For those already checked in, the bar will open immediately after conference day one, heralding the start of a relaxed evening of networking and socialising. Food will be served at 18:30 on the evening of the 22nd to allow anyone who still needs to check in a little time to drop their bags off.
