MOUNTAIN BIKING

Marj is from Holland and came out here to finish of her studies in Wellington. She is very sporty; she played soccer for her country and recently ran in the International Mountain Running Champs for Holland. Once she arrived in NZ she discovered mountain biking which lead to her starting up a club for Wellington women with a friend.

It was mutal friends who introduced Marj and Al to each other and it was on a tramping trip down south that the sparks started to fly. Marj was sitting in the back seat of the vehicle and would every now and then catch Al's eye in the rear view mirror... that's all it took...

Al's best mate Simon, new that Al had fallen hard for Marj when they were out climbing the Copland Pass near Mt Cook, when Al declared "I can't die now, I've found a girl"
