After a final inspection approval, your home is mounted in our partners truck and alternative train/cargo to the final destination.
Our partner trucks operates with special cranes allowing an easy and soft landing on the site, to avoid crack on the home.
BUILDING THE HOME Your concept home will take approximately 14 Days to assemble in our factory. We allocates qualified engineer teams to manage your project.

This is a standard wood framed interior with R-13 Fiberglass Insulation. The insulation is rolled behind 3/8” plywood with an FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Planels) overlay. The wood studs are on 16” centers. We do not make any Penetrations to the exterior.
The receptacles we offer are Standard 110V ( same as in your home). The receptacles come with either Two or Four Outlets (plugs). Depending on your preference, they can be Flush Mounted or Exposed on the surface of the Wall Paneling.
