So, we created our super soft, super sustainable lounge collection, made from plant-based and recycled materials. Plant-based leggings, yes please. Traditional leggings are made of virgin nylon + lycra. Producing nylon creates nitrous oxide, a greenhouse gas that is 300x more potent than CO2. If that’s not enough to make you cringe, manufacturing nylon is a very thirsty process – large amounts of water are used for cooling the fibres, which can be a source of environmental contamination and pollution. So, we made a sustainable legging you (and the earth) can feel good about.
